So what is HYROX? HYROX is a global indoor fitness race that combines running and functional strength workouts in a standardised format. Each event features 8 x 1km runs, each followed by a different workout station. It’s tough, but accessible – whether you’re a weekend warrior, competitive athlete, or just want a fresh goal to train towards.
