The gym has an extensive selection of free weights, plate-loaded kit, resistance and cardio machines. The Liverpool Garston gym also boasts a fantastic new studio timetable, including Les Mills, spin, wellness, core and much more. All classes are included in your membership fee with no extra charges. The new spin room has incredible views over the city, and a quiet ladies only gym on the top floor completes the experience.
