Membership Changes

If you wish to end your membership please cancel you Direct Debit at the bank. The DD is in the name of Debit Finance Collections.

If you want us to do it for you please complete the tick box below but please note , we require at least 10 days notice before your next payment is due to action this for you. If you are on a 12 month contract the earliest point you can cancel your direct debit is after your 12th direct debit payment has been made.

Debit Finance Reference Number

Please note the Debit Finance Reference is located next to your monthly direct debit payment on your bank statement or in your membership confirmation emailed to you from info@fastdd.co.uk when you joined.

If you do not know your reference number please ring Debit Finance Collections Customer Services on: 01908 422 007

Freeze Requests

Please allow at least 10 days notice when requesting a freeze. Please state how many months you want frozen in the comments field

Manned Hours

  • Monday - Thursday: 7am to 9pm
  • Friday - Sunday: 8am to 6pm

During our unmanned hours the club is remotely monitored and assistance is always available via the Help Points.

Gunwharf Quays - Members will receive 2hrs free parking during the week and between midnight and 10am on weekends. Please contact reception at 24/7 Fitness Gunwharf for more details. 

Fort Dunlop - Members will receive 3hrs free parking. To redeem the free parking members must validate their token as they leave the gym (validator is on reception). Please contact reception at 24/7 Fitness Fort for more details.
